Hi Nancy, I tried to e-mail you directly but it got kicked back twice. So I am hoping you see this. This microfilm of the church records will not arrive for about two weeks. If I don't find anything there I thought I would write to the list of churches that you sent me. also I joined the Berkshire Genealogy Society. The membership was $14.00 single. I will get their newsletter plus 2 hours of research by a volunteer. I probably won't hear anything for at least 2 months because of the large number of requests they receive. I thought that was a really good deal. After that I think I would like to see if there were any directories for Dalton in the 1820's. and then check into land & probates.
