How does one get a copy of a record of a marriage that happened on 6 Sep 1862? Would there be any information other than the names of the bride and the groom? Thanks Sarah Clevenger

Hi. Saw your request. If you know where the marriage occurred, the town or city, you can write to that town or city and they will provide you with a copy. Sarah, Where did the marriage occur? I've done research in the Lee, MA records and found parents names and, in the instance of my Ireland connection, the location of their birth (possibly).
