I found them in the 1880 census but not in the 1910 census for Vermont or Massachussetts. After son, Avery POWERS, sold the property he inherited from his father, Milton POWERS; his mother, Ellen Desiah MOWRY POWERS, moved in with her daughter, Mattie [Martha] Ann POWERS CROSIER in Rutland, VT. I'm assuming Green River is very near Halifax, VT. POWERS was born about 1874 in Vermont and married Clara D. CLARK. Also, seeking his death date which is after 1930 in probably MA.
