I had a great-great-grandfather, William Benton, and his uncle, Simeon Benton, come to Litchfield, OH in Medina County about 1850. William Benton married Alice Louisa Kilmer of Sheffield, Mass about 1867 in Otis, MA. It is said that William's parents are Stephen Benton and Susan Jones. Alice's parents were John H. Kilmer and Saran Ann Harrison. Alice had a sister, Mary Cordelia that married William Whitford. I am looking for any part of this family.
