Benjamin was also named guardian to Simeon Hungerford, minor son of Elijah. The guardianship of another son, Levi, was granted to John ROCKWELL Gent. Elijah Hungerford was son of Jonathan Hungerford and Martha Welles. Elijah had married Sarah Rockwell. Thomas Hungerford, brother of Elijah, married Rachel Rockwell.
