I have been there many times in person but I am not sure of the offical title of that office since someone else said that the cemetery office is on Hall Street. You should be able to find all your various families if they ever lived in North Adams since as another poster said those names are very familiar. Williamstown is a totally different story. Google the phone number of the Williamstown town hall/town clerk and they will tell you the number of the person/office that maintains their cemetery records. Williamstown and North Adams are totally separate when it comes to those records. You will have to talk to the town clerk in Williamstown to find out the death records. These are separate from the cemetery records. They are very friendly. They may just tell you how to write for the records and how much! it costs but I have found that they are happy to help you. There is one main cemetery in Williamstown on the main road/Route 2 between Williamstown and North Adams. I would bet if they were buried in Williamtown it would be there. My family is buried in the old cemetery in North Adams but anyone who died in the 1950's and 60's had to be buried in another newer cemetery. You can get good cemetery maps at the North Adams office that shows where everyone is buried in every cemetery except for the one on Mount Greylock that was so old they didn't even know about it but I know none of your family names are there.
