Can anybody tell me where I could get a look at a map of Pontoosuc Lake before it was dammed? I'd like to know how much area was covered by the water, and what the lake looked like before and after it was dammed. Also - are there any Lanesborough land records that go back to the 1700s? I'm interested in the FRISBIE family which was living in Lanesborough before the Revolution. I wondered if it's possible to find out where they lived. Thanks for any help or hints - Edie in Maine
