Looks like Edward and Elisabeth were both born in Vermont- Elisabeth in 1865, Edward E in 1871. The family is listed in the 1880 federal census in North Adams, Berkshire County under the name "Winard" and in 1870 in Arlington, Bennington County, Vermont under the name "Winand". If you can read a file in GED format, I'll attach what I found. I haven't tried sending attachments before through the new Rootsweb system. James/Jimmy/Vincenzo Russo was the proprieter and died relatively young, it was then turned into a Transmission repair business that still stands. 3. The Pittsfield library has been very helpful in getting articles for me. You can email them or call them....the information is on their site. They will bill you $5.00 for look-ups and the photocopy and postage. My husband (Foley) grew up in Pittsfield and remembers the store. He also remembers the Sanginetti name. Hope this helps. ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, February 25, 2007 2:39 PM Subject: [MABERKSH] archived news/Russo's Variety >I would be interested in the site you use for archived news articles.
