(You can find essentially the same information in this somewhat earlier sketch by Anderson http://www.revjohnrobinson.com/isaac.htm ) This would likely be the best recent summary of what is known of Isaac and includes references to the sources of the information given so you can proceed to those from the sketch. Dale has mentioned one important point; the surname of Mary is not known. Another is that Anderson lists three children, not four, for Isaac and Mary. They are Israel, Jacob and Peter. Anderson notes that a son Thomas is often listed, but that there is no evidence for such a son. As for his movements, Anderson lists "Scituate 1636, Barnstable 1639, Falmouth by 1664, Tisbury by 1671, Barnstable 1701. Isaac was a fascinating individual in his own right, but as you know he is also the son of John Robinson, pastor of the church of the Mayflower pilgrims (and who, of course, did not come to Plymouth). There are several works on Pastor Robinson. If you haven't seen _The Pilgrim Way_ by Robert Merrill Bartlett I think you might enjoy it. Robert Merrill Bartlett was quite an extraordinary man himself, well qualified in several ways to write about Robinson, and while the book is a few decades old, I think you might find it enjoyable and worthwhile.
