I am looking for some kind of proof from a record that Samuel Cobb, b 12 Oct. 1654 in Barnstable, MA, married 20 Dec. 1680 to Elizabeth Taylor in Barnstable and died 27 Dec. 1727. Elizabeth died 4 May, 1721. Know nothing about Elizabeth's parents. Their son, Henry Cobb was born 17 Feb. 1687, married 31 July 1731 to a Jemina Morse, b 9 Apr. 1706 in Sherborn, MA. Second marriage for Henry? On another side of the family I am related to the Morse from Swansea, MA. (William Morse and Mary Eddy) Jemina Morse was the daughter of a Noah Morse(Sherborn, MA) and Mary Johnson. In Swansea I found some records that were certified by the town clerk.
