Janet Griffin recently mentioned the GenWeb project to transcribe town VRs from the annual reports. I've extended the Wellfleet files, so the years 1888-1905 are done. So far, there are significant sections of Barnstable, Harwich and Wellfleet done - the index URL is http://www.rootsweb.com/~mabarnst/vitalrecords/vrindex.html. I encourage everyone to contribute - the transcription is easy, and the Harwich tables can just be copied, and modified if necessary.
