Jan 22, 1767. Nothing is known about the HOPE family before 1752 marriage record except a few items about 1st wife ABIGAIL PITCHER. TIMOTHY HOPE is listed in "Mass. Soldiers & Sailors of Rev. War." Nothing is known after 1800 and no death or burial location is known. His son, TIMOTHY HOPE (2) (1772-1842) moved from Barnstable to Aurelius, Cayuga Co., NY betw. 1818 and 1820. Does anyone know where the family is from and when they settled in Barnstable?
