Eugene Sylvester Baker and Sophie Charlotte (Hellstrom) Baker. They had several children...Chester, Charles, Augusta, Lola Anna, Ellen Sophie. Sophie had 2 other children she had given up for adoption, Charles Robert born Jan 1938 in Springfield and Marlene born March 1942 in Foxboro. Sophie also was in and out of the Foxboro State Hospital for few years. Eugene S. Baker had married another woman, Martha Grace, who passed in 1944, I believe, then Eugene remarried Sophie in 1947. I would like some more info on their children and any surviving relatives of Sophie's and Eugene's.

The reason for that is because Paul Hammond (son of William Hammond and Elizabeth Shepard) mentioned to his cousin in Saratoga, NY that "their fathers were brothers and their mothers were sisters." The best match that I could get is Elizabeth Shepard (who married William Hammond on February 12, 1745 in Dartmouth, MA) and Hannah Shepard (who married Samuel Hammond on January 29, 1755 in Dartmouth/New Bedford, MA).
