Hi Listers - All the mail programs work slightly differently, but you may have the option to view/send your mail in either text or html. If it is set as html, then you will get the mail the way the person sent it. If it is text, you will only see the words, appearing in whatever way you chose to see them on your end. Look through the help section or the options sections of your email program to see how to change these things.
