Alice - It doesn't appear that you can convert directly from Access to Adobe, but you can convert from Access to Excel, and then to Adobe. The Adobe Acrobat that we all can get for free is the reader only program. What you would need is the full Adobe Acrobat program that allows you to create documents. That's the one I think they might have in conjunction with the Town's web site. The town's web site was designed by: JC Web Design 34 Uxbridge Road Mendon, MA 01756 Phone: (508)473-9105 or (508)478-0112 Email: jcweb@webdesignbyjc.com Maybe if you contacted her, she might be able to tell you who her Town Hall contact is for the web site. I'm wondering if the data could be put on line at the website, and charge people to view it? There's a rootsweb list called Gen computing. That's probably the place to find someone who can give you some technical advice.
