About 1943/1944 we went to buy ice cream at Lowell's Dairy. That was the favorite place for my family. We grew up on Mendon Road in Upton and when my brother got out of World War II he had a car so he could take us there. My Aunt lived over near Lake Nipmuc park I think it was Park Street. Have fondness for Lowell's Dairy. Jean
