Hit the "send" key a bit prematurely. John Brandon did the most definitive study and subsequent article on Hatevil (The American Genealogist, Volume 72: 263ff). He identified Hatevil as the son of Edmund and Elizabeth Nutter- Edmund being the younger brother of the Rev. Anthony Nutter whose will provided identifications. As yet, the identification of Anne, wife of Hatevil, has not been proven. I would recommend John's article though- extremely well done and thoroughly researched and documented. Jan Delorey
