Hi Robyn, I have Vol 1-2- 6 of the AJ -George Aldrich Genealogies. Others on the list have all 6 volumes. I believe it is recorded that George Aldrich left Mendon for awhile before KP War and went to Sciuate Ma. and resided there. I can;t find my record at present; Is there anyone else on the list who can find it faster. :) Also AJ said there was a plaque on the boulder at Old Cemetery in Mnedon. He confused this with the plaque at the Moses Aldrich Quaker Cemetery. However in 1998, the National Aldrich Association did place a plaque on the old boulder in Old Cemetery in Mendon . My scanner isn't working at present, so I cannot send you a pic. There is also a story on " Where Was George Buried " on that page., that i wrote but have not updated it.. Except for the above that there now a plaque in Old Cemetery, the article is still correct.
