Derby, I'm also a descendant of Jonathan and Alice (Pickering) Gaskill. Alice beat me to the punch in replying to the note and, after she posted, I didn't post because our dates are a little different at times and I can't say who is right because I didn't keep hard copies of the pages from the Salem VRs to verify for typos on my part which is always a possibility for me. I do differ with Alice on date of birth of Jonathan (4) Gaskill because I found a death for the Jonathan b. 26 Jan 1698/9 on 21 Nov 1703 in Salem. So apparently our Jonathan was the second son of that name born to the same couple. The rest of the dates which were given by Jan Delorey are in agreement with what I have, except that (and again I could have made a typo) she has the birth of Provided Southwick as 6:10[December]:1639 while the VRs entry I have is simply 10m:1641 from the published Salem VRs (citing Ct.
