    3. Hi Alice, And...a good thing there are people who are good enough to keep us on our toes and honest!! :-) I'll sure be a happy camper when all of my books and files are accessible again! On the Haseltine/Wood/Nichols- I did an article for The Genealogist a few years ago on Edward Wood of Charlestown and his descendants into the 4th generation. The line that went into Mendon and surrounding towns descends from him through his son Thomas who resided at Rowley (I say without looking at the book). As to the NICHOLS, my only connection with them is through the marriage of a Gaskill daughter (Hannah) to a David Nichols - have some deeds, etc. in those elusive files of mine which prove her parentage.
