On DAVIS families....I do have a copy of a bound typescript entitled "Samuel Davis of Oxford, Mass and Joseph Davis of Dudley, Mass. And Their Descendants" compiled by a George L. Davis in 1884. I cannot vouch for the accuracy of the information- only that there is an everyname index and this book includes some text from deeds and probates.
