Here's my first submission to this list. Hope someone can help me. I have found several entries in the 1860 Boston census that COULD be the ancestor I'm looking for. Unlike later census, I found the 1860 does not list the street but identifies the house number and family number for the particular enumeration district. Is there a guide to which area/neighborhood constituted which enumeration district? Is there some way to determine what streets may have been included in certain EDs? Thanks in advance for any help.
