Nancy! Hi!! I had the same answer all weekend. I guess there were so many people online in ancestry they had to limited the time. I have been on this morning for about an hour and no problem. So they must have it set to time out after a certain amount of people sign in. If I am wrong please someone let us both know. Joan "Nancy M.
