My Grand-father was Joel Smith French born in Jacksonville Ohio, and died 2-10-1923 at 62 years of age,While living in Eastman,Ga. where he is now buried beside his wife,Mildred Willingham Lawton. I have no info on any of his family, and wondered if you could point me in the right direction. Also his son and my Mothers brother, Joel Willingham French born in Cincinatti,Ohio on 5-3-1908 left home young after his father died and never returned.He married Betty Cavogvaro, in Boston.Mass.The last letter I've found from him was dated 6-10-1953 from a hotel in Rock Island, Ill.
