Dear Gena, I have the census for Fall River for 1850 and 1860. However, I currently am in hot pursuit of some other information on rented tapes from the LDS center here in town. As I am able, I will look for your Lallys. Can you give me the names of anyone you think may be related? Any addresses? This may take me months to find for you so hang in there. Please do let me know if you find the answer to your question so I take your lookup off my list. Good luck in your searches. Carol Phelan
Carol, Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately the info I sent to the list is all I have. I am only going by the information contained in Anthony's military and pension record. There were no addresses included. I have conflicting reports of his birthdate, but I am hoping the age he gave when he enlisted was the most accurate and would have him born about 1850-1852. According to the record he was living in New Bedford at time of enlistment. Anthony is found in 1880 living in Gloucester, Essex CO married to a Phelan. Prior to 1880's census I have had a very difficult time finding the man at all. I appreciate you efforts and can be as patient as needed. If I should find the information earlier I will be sure to let you know. Sorry I can not provide more in the way of facts.
