Hi, again. With such good luck from my request yesterday, I'm on a mission! Here's the basics. I am not sure where we lived in 1930! My dad was VP of a bank when the 'crash' came; naturally, no job, lost the house, etc. etc. >From what I have been told they may have gone to live with dad's widowed mother (Mary Colbert) in Arlington, or with mom's widowed grandmother (head probably Ernst Meyer) in Medford. Or mom may have gone, with 3 children, to her grandparents home in LIncoln County, Maine for a while. But I'm not sure of the timeline. So, basically, here is what I am looking for: Edward I Colbert, b 1901 Head? Dorothy H (Meyer) Colbert b 1903 Wife Dorothy M Colbert b 1923 dau Edward P Colbert b 1925 son Barbara Colbert b 1926 dau (that's me!) If it is possible, without a lot of extra work, to find us in Massachusetts in 1930, I'd be so-o grateful. If there is no luck, I can try to Maine Census site.
