Would someone with access to the 1860 MA Federal Census do a lookup for a Robinson family who most likely was living in Hopedale, MA ? At that time Hopedale was a part of Milford as I understand it. This family has been difficult(impossible so far) to find although my great grandmother, Mary Josephine Robinson, daughter of Louis and Mary( or Elizabeth) Gosselin Robinson was supposedly born in Hopedale. Mary Josephine's marriage certs( 1879 and 1893) and her death cert(1915) all indicate that she was born in Hopedale between 1857 and 1862. So far, I have found no evidence of her place of birth either in municipal records or at the State Archives. Mary Josephine is one of my maternal great grandmothers. Thanks in advance for any help.
