Valerie, I don't know if this will help but I looked on my map of Boston and found Chadwick Road (could not find any Street). It is not far from Boston City Hospital. The closest main road would be Massachusetts Ave. and streets running near Chadwick are Yeoman St., Albany St., and Hampden St. Hope this helps at least a little!
