Maybe you know this, but since we can't find Percy, I thought I would look for his ship. There are photos of the USS Wabash here. http://www.history.navy.mil/photos/sh-usn/usnsh-w/wabash.htm It was sent to Maine in 1912, and burned for scrap in 1913.
