Erin, Sometimes you have to search the census by hand..I found my family in the 1900,1910 and 1920 census not my name but by where they lived.In each census they had a different last name.The first time they used a middle name as the last name,the second they used a maiden name and the third time they used there real last name.So I had to look through the census page by page.
