According to Whately town ledger, John Casey was 23 years of age at time of first marriage. A son, John Jr, was born Nov 1858. Julia Kelly died June 1859. John Casey remarried Johanna Driscoll of Greenfield in July 1860. She gave birth to 2 sons, Patrick Robert, April 29, 1861, and unnamed male, June 1864 (presumption that this child died in infancy, or at birth). Johanna Driscoll died June 1870.
