Please reconfirm census date. If you really mean 1990, that won't be released for another 60 years or so. If you mean 1890, it burned in a fire in Washington DC so no longer exists. If you mean 1900, I MIGHT be able to help, but the 1900 census for Fall River is on more than one microfilm roll and you need to narrow it down -- perhaps see if someone has access to either soundex or to the Fall River city directory to find a street address. Otherwise, it would take many, many hours of plowing through census film and I don't think there are very many people willing to do that for free.
