Hi All , I am seeking information from the 1910 Census for Herman Magnus and Dorothy (or Dorthea) HANSON / HANSEN . I have tried to find them with no prevail. In 1900 they were residing in Boston ,MA , and in 1920 they were residents of Everett ,Middlesex,MA . I checked both addresses in 1910 and they were at neither place (ie: house/street) They would have with them at least 2 sons : Frank , age 9 or 10 , and Peter , age 6 or 7. Herman claimed his birth place as Denmark , and would be about the age of 42 . Dorthea (or Dorothy ) b. Norway and would be at about the age of 37 ? (I forgot if she was born 1873 or 76) Any help to locate them for the year of 1910 would be greatly appreciated. Thank -you , Andrea B.

Hi Listers, I am requesting a lookup from the 1930 MA Census for a Helen Mason. She was born in Nova Scotia, Canada and would have been between 15 and 30 at the time of the 1930 census. I'm sorry but I do not know the county. This is a brick wall for me and any help would be appreciated. Yours Truly, M. McDonald --------------------------------- Post your free ad now! Yahoo! Is there such a book that would have dates of marriage. I have written to Boston, Mass requesting a copy of certificate and they don't have any record of what I am looking for. Here is what I am in search of I have found my Great Grandparents (BATES, Thomas and Maud) in the 1910 Census and it states that they were married for 1 1/2 years, so my guess would be married about 1908 ish. They were living in Massachusetts • Plymouth • Pembroke • ED# 1231 . Where else might I look for a marriage certificate? They also at this point had a daughter that was age 4. I am assuming she was born out of wedlock. I have tried unsuccessfully to get a birth certificate for her also. But I have been able to get certificate of death which states birthplace was Boston. Where else can I possible find a certificate for her also. They did have another child in 1909 (my Grandfather) and I was able to get a birth record for him, he was born in Pembroke Mass., Anyone have any suggestions or ideas? Thank you Kim Block (Bates) [email protected]

Hello List I have noted the email of the List Admin which says that if you did not get a reply to a request for a look up to try again and so I am resending my email in the hope that someone may be able to help me. ----------------- I am trying to help a friend who has a bit of a gap in her tree and it's regarding some ancestors who emigrated to Boston MA from Cheshire, England. I expected to find them in the 1881 census in England but they do not appear and I am wondering if they had gone to Boston by then; they were in England in 1871. I have so little information so it may not be impossible to get help, but here goes Mary DEARNALEY born 1855 Hannah DEARNALEY 20 July 1857 Elizabeth DEARNALEY born 18 Sep 1862 it is possible Elizabeth married a KIRKPATRICK and we are fairly sure she settled in Boston but Mary and Hannah returned to the UK by 1886 Any help would be most appreciated.
