    3. Hi, If someone has access to the 1900 Census I would appreciate a lookup for: William Blair Estimated date of birth 1850 BirthPlace: Scotland. I would guess he is in Middlesex County. I have the following information on his movements: He was living in Boston, Suffolk in 1880, in Stoneham, Middlesex in 1887 when his wife Sarah (Leathe) died but he died in Lowell, Middlesex County, MA in 1901. Thanks for your time. Val

    3. Dear Lisa, Thank-you for going to so much trouble. The list of other roomers and boarders is very interesting but no connection to my Annie. I wonder if the two Longfellows are connected to the poet. The title Missionary for Annie puzzles me and I'll have to check with her descendants to find out what they know. Thanks again. 1. Surname McConnell, 1850 census, unknown county
    2. Douglass Grant
    3. Any available information on Peter McConnell, born about 1820 in Guysborough County, Nova Scotia, would be deeply appreciated. Precise location is unknown. However, he is believed to have married Jane Grant, also from NS, in Massachusetts some time in the mid-1850's. An earlier inquiry for this couple in 1860 came up empty, and they had returned to NS by 1861, so checking later censuses would probably not be fruitful. Doug Grant Sydney, NS, Canada

    1. Surname Grant, 1850 census, unknown county
    2. Douglass Grant
    3. Any available information on Jane Grant, born Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada about 1825 would be deeply appreciated. Her location within Massachusetts is not precisely known, but other members of the family were known to reside in the Boston area and in Springfield, so these would be the highest probability areas. 3. Thank you Lynda, I thought I had a problem posting on the list, I never saw the message I sent posted. I have been trying to determine if my great grandfather had a son named John. If he did, he would have been my grandfathers brother, but no one in my family seems to know anything about him. I think the 1910 census is for my great grandfather. The May st. address is correct. Though the 1920 census has the right names, some of the info is not right. There were a number of Casey's living in Lawrence at the time, it may be a different family, but the name similarity is amazing!
