Hi JoAnne, I found my ancestor's death certificate. She died at Tewksbury Hospital March 17, 1919. The certificate states she was married but does not list her husband's name. It does list her parents. There is just a line drawn through the part about husband. Gives her birth place and her parent's birthplace. Says something about hospital records, but cannot read it, I believe she ws in the hospital for five days. Says 20 yrs in the country. Cause of death TB of the lungs. Duration 4+ years. Says she contracted the disease in Lowell which I find interesting. I thought she lived in Boston. Dr.s name is listed that did the testing. Address of hospital said State Infirmary, Tewksnury. It says her place of buriel is St. Patricks Cemetery in Lowell, Mass. Date of buriel March 19, 1919. Has undertaker listed and Tewksbury as adress. In searching online I found a listing of names of people buried at St. Patricks cemetery and I think I found her listed there. Now, I wonder 1: If there are hospital records from Tewksbury I could see. 2: I could findn someone to take a pic of her gravesite at St. Patricks Cemetery and see if any records are there. 3: Curious why she was not buried with husband where he is in another cemetery and why he was not listed on her death certificate. Thanks for any help. christine
