    2. Hi Joanne, I have her death certificate and on it, it says she died there and I will have to look at it again this weekend as I cannot get to it before then. But it said she was buried I thought right there. I can give you exact wording over the weekend. She was admitted there for a few weeks I believe before she died, or at least several days. She was only about 35 yrs old when she died ot TB. I would love to get more information on her. Was that place ever called a sanitorium? Thanks, christine

    3. Christy, I only checked the burial list.. she may have died there but I do not have her as being buried in the 2 cemeteries. As I mentioned she could have been donated to science and that would be a whole other issue which I will gladly help you out with. Shall await for your weekend reply. Betty, Not only am I a volunteer at the hospital and am a Board Member at the Museum... I REALLY do get to work at the hospital everyday (well at least Monday through Friday and not counting holidays) have been there almost 10 years. Unfortunately I do not get paid to do what I really want to do with the cemeteries... YET.. :-) Joanne -------Original Message------- From: MA-CEMETERIES-L@rootsweb.com Date: 10/12/04 22:55:28 To: MA-CEMETERIES-L@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [MA-CEM] Tewksbury State Hospital - and ALL State Hospitals Hi Joanne, I have her death certificate and on it, it says she died there and I will have to look at it again this weekend as I cannot get to it before then.
