I have the following information and would like to use it to the fullest but am new to this info. BENJAMIN WILKINS HIGGINS was born Middleton, Essex,MA 9 October 1847. He married Ellen McDonald then they were divoriced after two children; William H Higgins and Frank J Higgins. I would like to find the 1900 census for him, his place of death, and burial site, and possible remarriage & children. Benjamin W. Higgins Residence Middleton MA; a 17 year-old Farmer. Enlisted on 8/29/1862 as a Private. On 9/12/1862 he mustered into "H" Co. MA 44th Infantry He was Mustered Out on 6/18/1863 at Readville, MA (As: Benjamin Higgins) On 8/26/1864 he mustered into "M" Co. MA 3rd Heavy Artillery He was Mustered Out on 6/17/1865 Other Information: Member of GAR Post # 139 (Willard C.
