It's rather sad that those graveyards are allowed to rundown--it is part of history.     3. Good luck! If you've got a lot of ancestors in Essex County, I do recommend the book I mentioned (A Guide to Cemetaries in Essex County). It's got locations and descriptions of all the cemetaries, plus where their records are, if any.
