It has just been that so many have e-mailed me about a paper copy of the book that I wanted to notify that the book is now available in paper format at this web site: https://www.createspace.com/3717030 It is a nice paperback book that is about 300 pages long. It looks like a regular book. They sell it for about $20. I hope to have an index to this book on my web site shortly. Also a copy of all the colorized maps. I had the book printed in B&W because the color version would have cost 2.5 times as much. I have edited it and "cleaned" it up from the last printing and I have numbered all the generations for ease of cross-referencing.
