Hi, I am looking for information on my gg grandfather, Heinrich RICHTER, who immigrated from Prussia. I do not know what year he came over or with whom, plus not finding him anywhere across the waters. I do know that he married Sophia BRAUMOELLER (b. 2-17-1830 Ger. d. 11-27-1910 Paullina, IA) in the states, and according to Lutheran church records in Germantown, IA, Heinrich was born 9-11-1823 in Prussia and died 12-1-1892 in IA. According to an anniversary booklet from the church, his entire family and others from Cook County, IL, moved to Germantown, IA area around 1877. Heinrich then donated land on which to build the new Lutheran church. The rest of the info comes from the above church records. Their first child was born 1-1-1851. Does not say where. Sometime after 1899 this family moved to Lincoln, MO. 5. Elisa b.12-3-1856 d. 3-11-1933 m. 4-10-1882 Henry KLUENDER b. 1861 d. 7-22-1952 6. Louise b. 6-7-1858 d. 3-4-1937 m.
