    2. Dorene L. Kaiser
    3. Hi, Thanks. Actually, I am back to David Kayser and Anna Leuppart who were married in 1660 in Selb, Bavaria, Ger. Once I had the ship list I hired some one in Germany (back in the 1980s and LDS was not online), who literally went from town to town and followed their trail backwards to Bavaria where the church records gave out because of war destruction. I only have the direct line and did not ask for the siblings (now I wish I had). So our lines could still cross somewhere in those first 5 generations, especially since I had an uncle named Adolph and there were a number of Friedrichs in my line, including my father's middle name. Before that, I hired some one at LDS to research the records in Salt Lake City - that may be where I found out the ship info. Don't give up.
