There was a First German Trinity (Evangelical) Lutheran Church. The church was originally at William and Milnor Streets in 1840 and known as The First Evangelical Lutheran Trinity Church. By 1867 it was on Michigan Avenue (between Sycamore and Genesse Streets). It was on of three churches which used Concordia Cemetery on Walden Avenue in Buffalo. This chuch has moved to 1570 Niagara Falls Blvd., Tonawanda, NY 14150-8433 as is known as First Trinity Lutheran Church. They are in possession of registers. My greatgrandfather, Joseph Greenthaner was married there in 1905. The marriage certificate listed the church as being on 653 Michigan St., Buffalo with Pastor August Senne. (I realize the pastors are different, but different years.) I wrote to the address in the first paragraph and received a copy of the marriage register for the marriage. (It is in handwritten German.) Good luck.
