Good vs. The Common Council of San Diego, and E.C. Thorpe, W.F. Ludington, L.A. Blochman, Chas. Kelly, Geo. McNeill, L.A. Creelman, Jay N. Reynolds, A.P. Johnson, Jr., F.J. Goldkamp, members of said Common Council Aug. 1906- Oct. 1906 Some California Supreme Court cases that are in the collection may not be found in The Pacific Reporter or West's California Digest. If so, look up the case in the California Appellate Reports, using the "Civil" number, because some cases that get to the Supreme Court are denied a hearing. Also, both of these digests select which cases to report and so some cases will not appear in either of them. Organization and Arrangement The collection is arranged in ascending numerical Case Numberorder. These numbers were retained from the internal filing system of the San Diego County Law Library.
