Hmmmmm...the only Charity Ludington I have was a daughter of Samuel Ludington, bro to Col Henry. Even then I have little except that she is listed as a daughter but has no vitals at all. She was probably b about 1775-85 period so would not fit into this Blake scenario from what I see.
