Not that I am aware of, However I have had some success with the local historians. They deal with these often and can decipher them easily. I did most of the work myself and then asked for them to help fill in blanks. Some also have old script sheets that show lettering from the time period. One such place is Vedder Library in Upstate NY. I picked up a sheet while I was there but would be hard pressed to find it now.
