    3. As I mentioned earlier I had a call from a friend who claimed he had some old Ludington photos and paperwork. Well he did have some old old photos, still negatived on glass plates indicative of early 1900 negatives. Someone at one time had made actual prints from the glass negs and some had names or numbers on the back which told who they pictured. They, for the most part, turned out to be pictures of the Brown family; but there was one of a Ludington. Tracy Ludington (1851-1928) b near Woodstock, Ontario, was shown along with two grandkids; Tracy and Gwiniveve Brown.. His daughter Bernice "Birdie" Ludington (1876-1973) had married a John Brown DDS., and they had three children, all b in Woodstock. I will load the pictures onto the MyFamily site as soon as I can get them scanned. They are not of the best quality as they were probably taken about 1905 in Montreal were Tracy worked as a "procurer of meats" for Canadian Pacific Steamship Lines. When he died in 1928 Canadian Pacific RR shipped him home to Woodstock for burial. He and Bernice and Dr. John and several other Lud children are buried about 500 yards from my home in the Baptist Cemetery. Beatrice/Tracy/Tracy/Alvah/Levi Luddington of Dutchess NY.
