I believe Harvey was actually 18 years older that Gertrude but here we go again. We are finding records of him being born in 1850 and 1860. Harvey shows in the 1910 and 1920 census as being 27 or 28 years older than Gertrude but then in the 1930 census he says he was 23 when he m which would be before Gertrude was even born.
