Kristin Ludington Becomes a Bride Kristin Wishart Ludington, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William F. Ludington of Stamford, Conn., was married yesterday to Mark Wayne Fritz, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles D. Fritz of Birmingham, Mich. The Rev. Dr. John W. Bishop performed the ceremony at Christ Episcopal Church in Greenwich, Conn. Mrs. Fritz, who graduated from the College of William and Mary, is a senior account executive at Cahners Exposition Group, a trade-show producer in Stamford. She was presented at the Westchester Cotillion in 1982. May 20, 1990
