Moore, 65, of 1355 Quakenbush Rd., died Monday, Jan. 26, 1998, at UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, 1998, at Cane Creek Friends Meeting. Burial will follow in Cane Creek Cemetery. A native of Alamance County, Mr. Moore was employed with Brookwood Farms, Siler City and was owner/operator of F&M Small Engines. He attended Cane Creek Friends Meeting and was retired from the Snow Camp Fire Department. He is survived by three daughters, Ellen Ludington of Siler City; Annette Petty of Virginia Beach, Va.; and Susan Wills of Snow Camp; three grandchildren; two brothers, Harold Moore of Browns Summit; and James Small of Bradenton, Fla. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28, 1998, at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home.
