Ladies and Gentlemen: I just wanted to let everyone know how the list is going. I counted the current subscribers of the List and there is over 100. I am impressed. It would not be possible without all of your support for this list. I want to thank each and everyone of you for your time and subscriptions. I would like to encourage all subscribers to send a list of the names they are researching along with the states. I would like to address one more issue. As a subscriber to other surname lists approximately 10, as probably with most of you are. I have recieved around 30 messages flaming a user. I DO NOT and WILL NOT condone this kind of behavior, but since we have such good members here, there is not much of a worry. Flaming should be dealt with privately and not on the list itself. This flaming was over a person submitting an a very recent obitituary to the list. I do not find this to be a problem (obitituary), except for flaming. I actually do encourage submitting an obitituary if the person's name was dealing with the current surname list. If any of you find something interesting please submit it. Most of the time this is where we get our best information and find relatives that maybe close or distant. Plus most of the time we can find very good friends, that have the same interest in common.
